Philosophy
Our philosophy of building exceptional relationships with clients has furthered our understanding of their needs and ultimately enriched the overall experience of designing and building any given project. Therefore, we pay extra attention to details and we place special emphasis on understanding the client’s overall objectives and work diligently to meet their expectations.
Typically our clients are totally engaged throughout the entire project so they became an integral part of the decision-making process. Together we examine priorities, navigate through various construction options and determine appropriate plans. Pursuing a delicate balance between Budget, Schedule, and Quality is our special forte so the owner’s priorities and available construction solutions are equally contemplated.
Solutions
Although we are strong advocates of the Design-Build approach however we recognize the needs for other construction solutions that would accomplish various clients’ objectives. Thus, we accommodate other construction approaches such as General Contracting, Construction Management and Joint Ventures. Additionally, we provide a variety of consultation services in the area of Owner’s Representation, Program Management, Design Review, Building Permit and Pre-Construction.
